Papersky’s Tour de Nippon in Shimane Tottori 2012 (English follows) 9月8-9日の週末、ツール・ド・シマネ / トットリの旅が、無事に、そして本当に気持ちよく閉幕した。かつて、こんなにも去りがたい町があっただろうか……と思うほどに、島根と鳥取で過ごした週末は特別なものとなった。 雨予報をはねとばした、土曜の“はにわとサイクリング”。島根県の松江駅から南へ、茶臼山のふもとの原っぱをのーんびり走る……というより、神社へのお参り、バターナイフづくりワークショップ、窯元の邸宅で贅沢なティータイム。約22kmの道のりで、その土地に暮らすヒトとモノに触れ、空気を感じる。そんな充実した一日だった。ゴールを目指していた夕刻。宍道湖の湖面に、雲間からあかりが神々しくふりそそぐ様子をみたとき、ふと、出雲の神々に見守られていたような気持ちになったのでした。 www.papersky.jp Shimane & Tottori are neighboring […]
