12 Tips for Insomnia

Dealing with insomnia is a real challenge for many people. Fortunately for us, insomnia falls under the long list of symptoms that can be overcome with this mind-body approach.

In the same way that the brain can create symptoms due to perceived danger, it can also keep us awake at night.

If your brain does not feel safe, it likely won’t let you sleep.

Here are 12 tips that can help improve insomnia.

(Note: For clarification, when I talk about tracking sleep and heart rate, of course those things can be valuable tools when applicable. This section was in reference to stressing and over-analyzing these tools.)
