Iâm sure youâve experienced this moment before. Youâve just taken a picture after a fun night out. Youâre on the verge of sharing it online and then it happens. You feel this twist in your stomach, an aching in your heart and a voice inside your head goes âwhy am I doing this?â Some people in that moment decide âah screw itâ and post anyway. Others seize that moment of reflection and turn it into transformation. They put their phone away and reclaim the moment.
