From 2016 to 2021, I’ve always had Social Media and felt like it was mandatory or else I would miss out on my friends, others, and everything that was happening across the world. However, I could slowly feel myself scrolling my life away, while having my time, energy, and mental health being zapped away.
So, what if there was the chance, to live a life completely free and away from Social Media?
